Auto Rental Collision Damage Waiver
- Covers damage and theft involving your rental vehicle for a rental period of up to 15 days (or 31 days if outside your country of residence)
- If you have auto insurance: this benefit reimburses you for deductible portion of your insurance, fees imposed by the car rental company, and reasonable towing charges
- If you don’t have auto insurance: this benefit reimburses you for fees imposed by the car rental company and reasonable towing charges
- If your rental car is damaged or stolen, you can file a claim online at www.eclaimsline.com or call 1.800.348.8472 within 45 days of the incident
- Please note, coverage doesn't extend to high-end or rare cars like Ferraris or Teslas

Baggage Delay Reimbursement
- Provides reimbursement for essential items in the event of a baggage delay, up to a maximum of $100 per day for 3 days or a total of $300
- Applies if your bag arrival is delayed by more than 4 hours
- Applies if you paid for part or all of your trip using your qualifying Financial Partners Visa card
- Report the baggage delay by filing a claim online at www.eclaimsline.com or call 1.800.348.8472 within 20 days
- Please note, this doesn't cover items that weren't in your checked baggage

Cellphone Protection
- Provides reimbursement for theft, accidental damage, and involuntary parting of the device
- Coverage applies if you paid for your cellphone bill using your qualifying Financial Parters Visa card
- Covers up to $500 per claim with a maximum of 2 claims and $1,000 per 12-month period
- Claims must be filed within 60 days of the incident by visiting www.eclaimsonline.com or by calling 1.800.348.8472
- If your cellphone was stolen, be sure to file a police report within 48 hours
- Please note, this coverage doesn't include electronic issues like charging problems or battery failures unless there's physical damage

Extended Warranty
- Provides warranty extension for eligible items purchased with your qualifying Financial Partners Visa card
- Warranties up to 3 years: Warranty coverage can be doubled up to one additional year
- Warranties 3 years or more: Warranty coverage is only extended one additional year for a total of 4 years of coverage
- You can file a claim online at www.eclaimsonline.com or by calling 1.800.348.8472 within 60 days of product failure
- This doesn't cover things like computer software or used items, but refurbished items with a warranty are included

Hotel Theft Protection
- Provides a one-time payment of up to $1,000 for personal property stolen from your room
- This applies if there's clear evidence of a break-in, you report the theft to the police within 24 hours, and the hotel or motel confirms the loss
- You can file a claim online at www.eclaimsonline.com or by calling 1.800.348.8472 within 20 days of the incident
- To be covered, the room must be fully paid for with your qualifying Financial Partners Visa card
- Please note, this doesn't cover items like pets, artwork, business-related items, or cash

Lost Luggage Reimbursement
- In the event your luggage is lost, provides reimbursement for the difference between the “value of the amount claimed” and the Common Carrier’s payment, up to $1,250 per Covered trip.
- Applies to your checked luggage and/or its contents
- Must notify the Common Carrier immediately and file a claim online by visiting www.eclaimsline.com or by calling 1.800.348.8472 within 20 days of the incident after starting the claims process
- Does not apply to items like automobiles and their accessories, eyewear, and currency

Porch Piracy Protection
- This coverage reimburses you for delivered packages stolen from outside your home, up to the total purchase price of your item for a maximum of $1,000 per claim and $10,000 per cardholder
- A police report or a claim filed with the Common Carrier must be made within 48 hours
- To be covered, you need to have purchased part or all of the items using your qualifying Financial Partners Visa card
- Please note, this coverage does not cover perishable items, antiques, collectibles, or things that are lost or disappear mysteriously

Return Protection
- Provides reimbursement for items that cannot be returned, with up to $250 per item and an annual maximum of $1,000 per account
- This benefit is designed to cover you if the store will not allow you to return the item for a refund, exchange, or credit

- You will need to send the item to Card Benefits Services in like-new or good working condition to get approved for reimbursement

- This is a pay-per-use roadside assistance program
- For a set price per service call, Roadside Dispatch provides services like standard towing and jump starting
- Roadside assistance is available 24/7 in the US
- No membership or pre-enrollment is required, with no annual dues and no limit on usage
- Up to 5 miles of coverage is included

Travel Accident Coverage
- Provides reimbursement for serious accidental injuries or losses that may arise while traveling
- Reimbursement amount depends on severity of injury or loss
- Your spouse, children under 19 or 25 if a full-time student, and incapacitated children are covered
- Dependent children receive 50% of your benefit amount

Trip Cancellation & Trip Interruption Protection
- We'll reimburse you for your trip cancellations and interruptions if they're due to death, illness, injury, or disease affecting you or an immediate family member
- The reason for your cancellation or interruption needs to be verified by a physician and must prevent you from going on your trip
- Includes automatic insurance reimbursement up to $1,000 for you, your spouse/domestic partner, and unmarried dependent children for Accidental Loss of life, limb, sight, speech, or hearing
