Kaiser Permanente 
Physicians work together, typically providing many types of medical services under one roof. 

Blue Shield
Choice of three different plans that allow Partners and their families to select their preferred physicians from the largest doctor networks in the state.

Dental Coverage

Pre-Paid Dental HMO
Offers Partners more predictable and lower dental expenses. Program members select a contracted DHMO dentist.

Dental PPO
Partners choose any dental provider. By choosing dentists from the InNetwork group. Partners can receive lower costs for preventive, basic, and major services.

 Vision Plan

Eye Med
Partners select their eye care from a network consisting primarily of retail services.

Partners choose from a network consisting of primarily ophthalmologists and optometrists directly.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Free counseling services are provided to Partners and their household members, for issues such as:

The EAP is available to Partners 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. Options include In Person Guidance, Unlimited 24/7 Assistance, and Online Resources.

Life & AD&D 
We provide our Partners with life insurance to protect their families in the event of the Partner's death. The policy includes accidental death and dismemberment insurance covering loss of life, sight, hearing, speech, or limbs due to an accident. 

Voluntary Life and AD&D 
Partners are also able to purchase supplemental programs to tailor coverage to meet their specific needs. 


Disability Benefits 
Financial Partners pays the full cost of long-term disability. This benefit provides a source of income when Partners become disabled by an illness or injury and helps them return to work as quickly as possible. 

VoluntaryShort-Term Disability 
We also offer our Partners the option to purchase supplemental disability coverage if they are looking for additional peace of mind. 

Specialty Insurance 

Partners can purchase a wide variety of legal services such as creating trusts, adoption, and other personal legal matters. 

Partners may also purchase insurance to cover the pets in their families. 

In addition to covering standard items like vaccinations, x-rays, and prescriptions, our insurance provider, Nationwide, goes above and beyond with extra features such as emergency boarding, lost pet advertising, and more.
