Your safety and security is Financial Partners Credit Union’s highest priority. That’s why we’re proactively taking steps to address concerns related to the possible spread of Coronavirus COVID-19.


To that end, we have implemented measures recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, including increased intensity and frequency of cleaning in our branches and other facilities. We’ve added hand sanitizer stations in all branches and procedures are in place to wipe all high touch areas like ATMs, PTMs, table tops, door knobs, and handles, multiple times daily.


Additionally, from the privacy and safety of your home or office, you can access your accounts and other banking services by using our mobile app, digital banking, or the automated phone banking system. With our digital banking and mobile app, you can open accounts, make transfers, pay bills, pay people, deposit checks, apply for loans, and manage your debit card and credit card.


Rest assured that Financial Partners has a well-tested business continuity plan to ensure you will always have uninterrupted access to your accounts and services. We will continue to monitor this situation closely and update you as appropriate.
