I have been locked out of the Mobile App. What does OFX error Userpass Lockout mean?

Userpass Lockout means you have been locked out of the mobile app for too many invalid attempts. Please contact our Contact Center or visit a branch in person to have the Lockout removed.

Your account number is on your monthly statement and also on the bottom of your checks. If you need assistance locating your account number, please call the Contact Center or visit your local branch and we would be happy to help.
