Provide operational, procedural and back office support to
frontline sales staff. Ensure operational integrity of all branch and ESO
locations. Address all operational,
procedural and security issues.
Streamline/eliminate operational roadblocks and inefficiencies to
improve service and support the sales culture.
Work with all divisions to streamline the member experience. Manages the Personal Teller Center, including sales, quality service and job performance.
Requires a Bachelor's Degree
with two to four years related experience and/or training. Master’s Degree preferred. Strong branch operations knowledge. Strong communication skills (verbal and
written). Ability to write
procedures. Ability to negotiate with
peers. Proven project management
experience. Significant “people”
management experience. Understanding of
operations, ACH, EFT, Decedent account, trust accounts, etc. Computer skills include Word, Excel, Project,
